希望练出一身肌肉的小李说，他每次到健身房运动后都会补充蛋白粉，这样有助长肌肉。这种说法究竟可不可信呢？昨日，在“讲营养，做健康达人”讲座中，国内运动营养研究领域资深专家常翠青博士给出了答案。
常博士解释道，目前市面上的蛋白粉大致分三类，乳清蛋白粉、大豆蛋白粉和蛋清蛋白粉。最新研究表明，乳清蛋白在休息状态和运动之后，都显示出促进蛋白合成的显着的优越性，而肌肉的构成、生长和修复都离不开蛋白质，因此相比其它两种蛋白粉，运动后补充乳清蛋白粉，更有助于肌肉的恢复和生长。一般来讲，普通人一天摄入１０克（约３茶匙）的乳清蛋白粉就足够了，以２５～３０度的温水冲调最好，在食用上可以把乳清蛋白粉加入到牛奶、蔬菜汁中配合饮用，口感会更好。
